Thank you for shopping with ButterScotch.

Shopping online can be a little tricky some times. Our aim is to get you the right fit every time, but this isn't a perfect world and some times things don't work out. Rest assured your business is appreciated and I will do everything in my power to make sure you are happy with your experience shopping with ButterScotch.

Please see below for information regarding returns and exchanges on your purchases. 

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Returned online purchases are eligible for store credit or exchange only.

Due to the nature and price point of some items FULL REFUNDS are only eligible with authorization prior to making your purchase. 
If you would like to know if a purchase is eligible for return / exchange, contact Tommy@butterscotchlb.com before making your purchase.

Once any full price order is shipped it will only be eligible for store credit or exchange thereafter. 

Sale items are final sale and sold "as is" with no returns / exchanges accepted.

Exchanges &/Or Store Credit must meet the following requirements:

-Item must be in new, unworn, unwashed, and un-altered condition.

-Original tags must be still attached to the item.

-Shoes must be in original box with original packaging and tags attached.
(worn soles will not be accepted)

-Receipt must be included with return Shipment

-Shipping cost is on the buyer to exchange.

-Please include a reason for the exchange request.

A 15% restocking fee will be applied to orders that do not meet specific criteria for exchange and or deducted from store credit amount if it meets any of the below requirements:  

- Item needs to be steamed / pressed.

- De-linting / pet hair removal.

- Any condition other the NEW will be taken into consideration

While supplies last:
-Stock is limited. No guarantee can be made for a specific exchange / return. Please contact the shop ahead of time to process your request for alternate item.

Note - Returns / exchanges will NOT accepted and or approved on worn, altered, or “used” items. ButterScotch is not responsible for return shipping costs or for items that may have been lost or damaged in return shipping. All return / exchange requests must be pre-approved. Any requests made after five (5) business days of delivery will be voided. All approved returns/ exchanges must be shipped back within 3 business days paid for by the buyer.

SPECIAL ORDERS / Pre-Orders:

Special orders and Pre-Order are subject to the same terms above.

Pre-orders can not be Canceled or refunded due to the nature of or pre-production agreement.

All Special Orders and Pre-Orders adhere to the same policy in which these items can be exchanged for a different size(while supplies last) or for store credit. 

 

DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Once a package has been shipped and tracking has been sent, ButterScotch is no longer responsible for the loss or damage to an item. All Items are shipped in 100% New condition. 

For ALL Domestic and International orders ButterScotch takes no responsibility once a package is shipped and tracking info is passed to the buyer electronically.

All orders have an automatic shipping notification sent via email to the buyer once shipping has been processed. If a package is lost, stolen, or held in customs during transit it is the buyers responsibility to file a complaint in attempt to to locate their order with the appropriate shipping agency. ButterScotch is not liable or responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
